Therapy is a collaborative process. We will regularly review your goals and adapt our focus as your needs evolve. I always welcome and encourage feedback, and if something new arises, we will decide together how best to move forward.

Circumstances change, and it is completely okay to pause or stop therapy at any time. There is no obligation to complete a set number of sessions. We will work together to plan an ending that feels right for you and supports your wellbeing.

It depends on what feels right for you. Some people prefer the comfort and flexibility of online sessions, while others value having a dedicated space outside their home. We can discuss both options and even combine them to find what best supports your progress and comfort.
